How to copy dropbox data from the old 1password windows app to 1password.com.

After Downloading and installing 1Password 8 on windows, I don't see the prompt “Do you want to move any data that’s only on this computer to a 1Password account?...

Since you've subscribed to 1Password.com, you can migrate your data to your 1Password account by following the steps provided here: Migrate your existing 1Password data from standalone vaults to a 1Password account
Just to clarify, you'll need to uninstall 1Password 8, install 1Password 7, and then follow the steps for 1Password 7 provided.
