How to disable automatic spell checking?

Thanks for the reply. Your comment was split into a new thread because the other thread is dedicated to the 1Password for Mac app, and located in the Mac category of the forum, whereas your post is related to the Windows app. This is done to avoid confusion since sometimes issues that may seem similar on the surface may actually require separate investigation and resolution on each platform or have workarounds that differ on each platform.
We keep track of everyone's feedback internally regardless of the number of threads and this thread links to the other one. 🙂

Hi Mike,
I meant more evident for users themselves, so that they see many others have the same issue and nothing is changing for the better for any of them at least for a year.
Thanks for passing this along, though.

Hi finwe,
Thanks for getting back to us. Sorry for the conversation split here. I've had a look back and can see that all other reports of this spell checking behaviour have been included for our Product team.
With your main language set to Czech, I can understand that this behaviour is not desirable. I've also filed your feedback with our Product team.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Ali,
there's not much to say more, my main language is Czech, having a spellcheck that cannot be turned off is kind of user unfriendly by itself, but even so for item names often containing any web 2/3/4.0 service name which often arent reasonable words in any language.
By the way, why splitting the discussion? prior to that, it was better evident for how many people this is an issue.
