The option for preferences is at the very top of your monitor, by the  logo. Click 1Password and then Preferences will be an option in the resulting menu. Alternatively you can open it with a keyboard shortcut: Command+Comma ( ⌘, ).

I can never find "preference". I not have it set to 180 min. I would have liked "Lock on sleep"
