how to manually sync?

Hi I need to manually sync because 1password (on mac) just sits there without syncing, even after I restart it and even though I did a sync on another device. Can someone please tell me how to make 1...

The quickest way to force a sync is to lock the 1Password app on your Mac, and unlock it again. The app syncs immediately after it is unlocked ;)
