How to preview a file

I create a new item (document) upload a file (pdf or jpg) but the only option I see is to download this file. What I want is to see the jpg or a preview of de pdf, is that possible? 1Passwo...

Hey @BSchoots, thanks for reaching out. You may be unable to preview your image due to the size and/or resolution of the file. Document previews are limited to JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP images that are 1MB or smaller in file size, and a resolution of 1920x1080 or less. It's not possible to preview PDF files.
