How to reach support?

How do I reach support? I posted on a thread a month ago. I created a new thread pointing to that thread 2 weeks ago. I have received no response on either.

    @laffingleigh don't hold your breath. I used the Contact Us link 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten back anything more than robotic response with a ticket number. "As soon as they can" is short for "if they feel like it, maybe, but probably not"
