How to recover an EERO Plus Account
BLUF: I don't have my secret key, don't care if I lose my vault, how can I delete my account or unlink it ? Obviously if I could sign into 1pass in the first place I wouldn't need to do this. The eero subscription is a year long, surely I don't have to wait a year to expire 1pass and reestablish ? I can show you countless help articles that tell me to sign in using the login help option, or another device etc. They all act like when I get the email that I can simply click on it and be in my account and manage it. Instead, I can see my account, it has some instructions on recovering and various things, even one that describes deleting, but none that I can do without my key. I can create a new id, etc, but can't link that to eero as I can't get in the original account. Any ideas ?
I already have a password manager, but EERO Plus included 1Pass, so I figured I would try it out as I wanted a better product. I have managed to get myself in an unrecoverable situation. My pdf file that has my emergency kit in it is corrupted and won't open. The EERO Plus account is a family account and shows that I have 1 of 5 identities in use. Any time I try to login to 1pass app or website it wants my secret key. I don't have it, and don't have any other accounts to recover it, I am the only organizer / email address, and I only had it installed on one device. I have tried the having trouble logging in option, that sends me an email, I can click on it and see my account, but there are no tabs or options to do anything.
