How to suppress "Use Suggested Password" dropdown?

Is there some 1Password setting/configuration combination that will prevent me from ever seeing the "Use Suggested Password" dropdown as shown here: NOTE: I still want to be prompted with ...

1P_Dave - First of all, I absolutely loved your animated GIF showing the flow! How clever of you! It is much better than my (Boomer) series of screenshots. I'm going to have to figure out what kind of wizardly magic you used to do that.

Today, I noticed a message in my 1Password extension 'Start up' saying that I had "2 Steps Left" (which I was surprised since I consider myself a longtime user and thought I had everything set up).

It said I needed to "Practice the basics", so I decided to play along...
