How to suppress "Use Suggested Password" dropdown?

Is there some 1Password setting/configuration combination that will prevent me from ever seeing the "Use Suggested Password" dropdown as shown here: NOTE: I still want to be prompted with ...

On behalf of Dave, you're welcome. Speaking of animated GIFs, I utilize the Cleanshot X app on my Mac to generate them. You can also use QuickTime to create a video instead: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/quicktime-player/qtp97b08e666/mac.
