4 years agoI am having a very hard time upgrading my 1Password from Ver 7 to Ver 8.
I have the family plan, and about 7 values
I got a message on my phone and on my computer to update from ver 7 to Ver 8.
I did so on both my phone and computer.

I'm so sorry to hear that you ran into issues when migrating to 1Password 8. I recommend sending an email to support@1Password.com so that our support team can help get everything working for you. We don't have access to your account information here on the forum.
