I am wanting to export m my data to a csv file and can't find the file tab.

I'm trying to follow these instructions: Open and unlock 1Password. Choose File > Export and select the account you want to export. Anf can't find the file tab in either the extension or the web acco...

I'm sorry that you're unable to find the one-time password for 2FA. I see that you're currently discussing the issue with the support team over email and I recommend that you continue the conversation there since they have access to your account information. To prevent having the same conversation in two places at once I'm closing this thread.
