I didn't affirmatively update, but along with or because of an update to Dropbox, I have problems

I'm running Mac Ventura on 2 Macs and Monterey on another. Dropbox just made some changes for the Macs with Ventura. I don't know if my 1 pw problem is related or if you forced an upgrade from 7 to 8...

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble when upgrading to 1Password 8. 1Password 8 is a brand new app that you would have needed to install deliberately, there's no automatic update from 1Password 7 to 8.

I recommend sending an email to support+forum@1Password.com so that our support team can help you get everything working again. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and make sure it's gotten to the right place. 🙂
