I don't like 1password 8 that pops up the 1password window every time I hit Command Tab on Mac OS

I don't like 1password 8 that pops up the 1password window every time I hit Command Tab on Mac OS and brings 1password modal window to the forefront interrupting my work. I can't use Command Tab anymore effectively unless I close out 1password.
