I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password. I'll reply to each issue below:
- The app does not allow me to take any screenshots. Is there a way to enable this feature, or is it a restriction by design?
By default, screenshots are turned off for 1Password on Android devices. You can turn screenshots on by following these steps:
- Open and unlock the 1Password app.
- Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and choose Settings.
- Choose Advanced.
- Enable Show debugging tools.
- Enable Allow screenshots.
2. I manage multiple Facebook accounts on my phone. When I search for Facebook, I see the icon for each account but no clear way to identify which account is which. Is there a way to display the account name or email next to the icon so I can quickly find the account I need without having to check each one individually?
The best way to differentiate between the account would be to make the titles more descriptive. For example: Facebook - Work and Facebook - Personal.
3. When I visit any website, the autofill feature does not work automatically. I have to manually select the password field and choose the password, even though there is only one password and username saved for that site. Is there an option to enable autofill for this, as I have tried all solutions but it still doesn't work?
This is by design for privacy and security. 1Password will never automatically fill your login credentials into a website until you've told it to by tapping on the password field and then tapping on the suggested login. This is to prevent login credentials from accidentally being filled into the wrong website or having them be filled when you want to browser the website without signing in.
I hope that helps.
