I have version 7&8 on my iphone. Version 8 does not have the "migrate" link to move data from7 to 8

After downloading version 8 to my iphone I saw online how to migrate data from the version 7 on my iphone to version 8 by clicking "migrate" when I'm in the version 8 app. Only there is no "migrate"...

Only about 20% of my entries migrated after install of v8. Only 1 credit card. No banks. How do I migrate the rest?
