3 years agoI set an alert in watchtower to ignore alert, corrected the alert and I can't restore back
- Login A and B got highlighted as "inactive two-factor authentication".
- I set A and B alerts to "ignore".
- Corrected A alert but A can't be restored, while uncorrected B can be restored.
It seems like a bug pls have a look. Thank you.

Hello @ikeshab,
Thanks for your message and reporting this behaviour with the Watchtower inactive two-factor authentication alert. This is a known issue that we're currently tracking. I've included the details of your report for the team.
As a workaround, we've had some reports that duplicating the item and deleting the original helped to remove the alert. Please let us know how this goes or if you have any other questions or concerns.

Just to add, I can't see the restore option once the alert is corrected and it's still tagged in the ignore alter.
