I upgraded from 1P 7 to 1P 8 on my MacBook. Since then, I cannot login to 1P on my Mac.
I upgraded from 1P 7 to 1P 8 on my MacBook. Since then, I cannot log in to 1P on my Mac. I also can't log in to my web account on 1Password. I have my 1Password Emergency Kit. The information I am using to log in is correct. I CAN log in to 1P on my iPhone, and have further verified that the log-in information I am using is correct. I had started receiving support by email, which abruptly stopped. As of this time I cannot use 1Password on my computer, and I am getting increasingly upset with the lack of support to get me up and running. I would appreciate a phone call so that you can walk me through this. I cannot afford to wait days to another week to have this mission critical program up and running.
