icon display error

Hello jialin! 👋

I'm sorry that you're seeing the wrong icon being rendered when opening an item. Since I can't reproduce this issue on my own Mac at the moment, can you try these steps:

  1. Update 1Password for Mac to 8.10.30: How to keep 1Password up to date
  2. Update macOS to 14.4.1: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support (CA)
  3. Restart your Mac.

Then try to reproduce the issue again. If you still see the issue then does this happen with any two items? Or just the two specific items in your screenshot?
