"Import" option is greyed out when I click File in the menu bar

I'm sorry that you're having trouble importing your items into 1Password. Can you confirm that you've already added your 1Password account to the app and that the app is unlocked when you try to import your items?

Can you also tell me where you're importing your items from? If it's from another password manager then which one?

Hi, I am having the same issue with 1Password 8 on MacOS (Venture 13.2.1). Pressing the button which appeared when I first installed the app did nothing, and the "Import" option is greyed out when I click File in the menu bar.
