Thanks for using 1Password. I'm sorry for the troubles you are experiencing with the LastPass import and that import failed message.
If you haven't done so already, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
