Not that I've seen. I've helped several others setup their codes for Tesla. In your 1Password entry how many TOTP fields do you see? Please check the phone as that seems to be where the trouble is. Is the TOTP field in your entry just below the password field of further down? Which version of 1Password are you using on the phone?
