Incorrect(?) error message: The one-time password url is incorrect: check the url and try again.
I enabled 2FA on my account on tesla.com. I scanned the QR code and saved the OTP url on my Mac using the 1Password 7 app. There, everything works as expected.

I tried deleting and recreating just the TOTP field, but the error stays the same:
- 1Password 7 for Mac, the TOTP code is not "sandwiched" with username and passwort at the top (but no error message),
- 1Password 8 for iPhone the TOTP code is not "sandwiched" with username and passwort at the top, and displays the mentioned error message.
Both show the code anyway. There are 2 additional hidden form fields saved with the login ("email" and "confirm-password").
FWIW, I just created a new login from scratch and everything works es expected. I guess I ran into some bug during creation of the login entry.
If you want to look into this any further, I'll gladly provide more info as needed. Otherwise I would consider this as resolved.
