Integration with Arc browser not working

App integration should definitely be working in the Arc browser and if it isn't work reliably then that is something that the team would like to look into. Can you tell me a little more about the issue:

1. Which version of 1Password for Windows and 1Password in the browser were you using when you ran into the issue?
2. Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating system
3. Find the version numbers for 1Password in your browser
4. When the issue occurred, did you see any specific error messages?
5. How often have you ran into the issue?
