iOS 15 Extension Not in Sync

Trying to change my password in Twitch today (it's giving me fits saying a 20-character very complex password is too easy to guess). My Mac's standalone version 8 of 1P has the new password, the Safari extension on macOS has the new password, the iOS 15 version of 1P has the new password, but the Safari Extension for iOS 15 has the old password.

It's been about 10 minutes and still the extension for iOS 15 is holding the old password.

    Hi nosillacast,

    Thanks for letting us know about this. As a first step, would you mind manually locking 1Password in Safari and then unlocking it? To do this, open the 1Password pop up, and tap the All Vaults icon, then tap Lock 1Password:
