iOS (iPhone) Safari extension stops working

I have a recurring issue where the 1Password extensions stops working. When I tap on the 1Password icon on an input field, it says “sign in to use 1Password”. But I’m signed in, and this is just an endless loop. The only thing that fixes it is to force close Safari, then it’s fine for a while. Is this a known issue?
