Is it possible to make one item the default for a site?

Thank you for reaching out. Can you clarify the situation a little more? 1Password will never fill a login unless you've decided to fill it, such as when you click on a login suggestion above your keyboard:

Before you fill a login you can check to see whether the login is for you or your wife by checking the email address associated with the login.
