Thank you for clarifying. I do see that you've opened a support ticket over email for an error message that you received and that we've requested that you temporarily downgrade to an earlier version and then send in a diagnostics report. I can confirm that this email is from our team. One of my colleagues will review the diagnostics report that you sent in a few minutes ago and will send you further instructions as soon as possible. Since we have a communications channel already open via email I'm closing this thread.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the quick response. I just received an email from 1Pwd for Mac support giving me instructions to ditch my current version of 1Pwd and replace it with a previous version. Also deselect "“Install updates automatically” and select “Send Diagnostics”.

Is this an authentic issue?
