Is there a way to search for entries by website url field ( partial match)?

Thanks for the question! There isn't a way to just target the website address field using the search tool. The best option currently would be to encase the string that you're searching for in quotation marks like this: 

"mydomain"

Using tags is likely the best workflow here, you can add a "self-hosted" tag to the items in question and then be able to pull up the relevant items by clicking on that tag. You can also use search filters to combine a search for that tag with other search criteria: Search in the 1Password app to find what you need

That being said, I've filed a feature request on your behalf to have the team look into adding more comprehensive search functions to the 1Password desktop app.
