Issue: DOM not cleaning up

When you click on and then off a login form, certain websites don't clean up the DOM correctly, and consistently clicking adds many #1p-live-region's to the DOM

Windows 11
Chrome 143.0.7499.193 
1Password 8.12.0.6 81200006, on NIGHTLY channel

it even happens on this website and i have tested it in the nightly build still happening as of this post.
