I'm sorry that you're running into problems with 1Password for Safari. 1Password 7 for Mac, and the built-in older version of the browser extension for Safari that came with 1Password 7, are no longer supported. I'm glad that you've upgraded to 1Password 8.
The screenshot in your latest post shows suggestions from the built-in password manager in Safari, not 1Password. You'll need to install 1Password for Safari separately from the App Store, you can use this link:
Once 1Password for Safari is installed, make sure that the built-in password manager is turned off: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browser
You should then see suggestions from 1Password in Safari when you click into a username or password field on a website:
