Thanks again for reaching out. Just to clarify: does the item list jump to the previously selected item automatically? Or do you have to perform an action like pressing an arrow key on your keyboard before it jumps to the previously selected item?

The item list doesn't jump automatically for me when using 1Password for Windows version 8.10.52. In any case, I recommend that you update to the latest version: How to keep 1Password up to date
