Items moved into the Archive without warning on macOS

I've split your post into a new thread so that we can keep the other thread focused on iOS. I understand that you sometimes see items in the Archive unexpectedly.

Is it possible that you've accidentally pressed the delete key on your keyboard when viewing an item? That would send the item to the Archive.

Alternatively, are the items in question in a shared vault where someone else might have accidentally archived them at some point? I look forward to hearing from you.

1P_Dave, I also have noticed over the course of the past several months that from time-to-time an item being used is instantly "deleted" (actually, moved into the archive vault) to my surprise. Is there a keyboard shortcut causing this behavior that I am perhaps inadvertently activating?

P.S.: I have observed this problem on macOS 14.5.
