I've had to stop using 1 password after a short time. I was locked out of my accounts all the time

I am thoroughly confused with 1password. When I attempted to use it I would end up being locked out of my accounts.
I also could not use the apps on my cell phone. If this is for Tech people please let me know. I am just home computer user.
