Lack of menu items makes it hard work

E.g. Switching Vault, Copying or moving items to different vaults, managing subscriptions (has disappeared completely), showing or concealing passwords.
Some of these are already there if you right-click on an item in your 1Password vault. Or are you referring to another menu?
