Launching Safari launches 1Password

Is this the expected behavior? I read that 1P for Safari could be a standalone without the desktop application. I'm not clear then why the desktop application even needs to launch, and why the desktop application needs to be unlocked.

    Thank you for reminding me about this bug. I saw it earlier but got distracted. I opened the issue now ({#9895}) and we will make sure it is fixed.
