Launching websites from 1Password App or Alfred

When I "Open and Fill" a website from the 1Password application on Mac, or launch a website from Alfred, it appends a ? to the URL with a bunch of random characters afterwards. Does this contain any sensitive data, or is it anything to be concerned about? What is the purpose of modifying the URL?

This doesn't occur when I launch a website via the 1Password extension in Microsoft Edge. Thanks!
