Linux desktop app crash on startup

Actually, this solution isn't working like I thought. Given the crash only happens every second time or so when I login, I thought it had fixed it after 3 successful logins... but after subsequent logins it is back again.
Also - I did use the link (🔗) when I first created the post... it seems to have not worked. Now I can't edit it because it is throwing an error about an invalid HTML in the air-gapped portion of the link that was automatically added and I can't remove it.

While we wait for generations hence to see the fix to this, the painful workaround is to remove all links, save, edit, add all the links, and save.
