I'm sorry that you're running into issues when signing into icloud.com in Chrome on your Mac. I've just tested this and I can't reproduce the issue. Can you update the following and then try again:
- macOS: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support (CA)
- Chrome: Update Google Chrome - Computer - Google Chrome Help
- 1Password in the browser: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser
If you can still reproduce the issue with the latest versions then let me know and I can investigate further. 🙂
