Login Title Line - Order in which displayed

I would be grateful for help with a new login and the order in which the Title Line displays.. I have created a new login for a website that is titled "NHS". However on the header line in 1Password...

It sounds as if you'll want to rename the item. Enter edit mode, click in the items name and the you can edit it.
