I tried what you suggested and am still having trouble.
Did you put the username and password in the default fields or create new ones? Also, did you enter them in the sequence in your reply?
The username and password were the default fields used when creating the login in 1Password. Those would always auto fill, it was just the security number that wouldn’t for me. This is what my login looks like
