Lost 1Password in websites

1Password is open and unlocked. I go to financial websites, and 1P has stopped showing the icon to trigger usernames and passwords. 1P for Safari shows Open 1Password, but clicking the button doesn't do anything. I have to copy/paste from the 1Password application.

    The 1P icon has reappeared. I'm wondering if this might be caused by being on a VPN. It also might have reappeared after a reboot. Thanks.
