Lost all passwords upgrading from 3.8.22 to 7.9!
I just upgraded from 1Password 3.8.22 to 7.9 and none of my passwords show up! Please help.
I don't see anything in applications with a past file not even on my backup drive. Do you have phone support?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with upgrading 1Password. We'll need to take a closer look at 1Password on your device to see what has happened. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
