Lost password to 1Password
Hello,
I have lost my 1Password password? I already open a support ticket but without any answer. I am blocked and I need to have access to my account. I have not my recovery key.
Can you help me?

I'm sorry that you've lost your account password. For security, your account password and Secret Key are only ever known by you and are stored on your devices and never sent to us. We don't have the ability to restore access to your account on our end.
If you’re still signed in anywhere, check for a 1Password Account item in your vault to find your password and Secret Key. You can also try older passwords. I also recommend that you try all of the steps: If you forgot your 1Password account password or you can’t unlock the app
If you still can’t access your account, your support ticket is in our queue and one of my colleagues will reach out to you as soon as possible.
