Mac bigsur 11.6 1password 7.8.8 no id touch

I was using my computer and the next thing I know my app was locked , and no id touch
I tried restarting but in preferences the option is greyed out ? what could be wrong ?

    its ok I just started a fresh with the id touch and it fixed it bigsur lots of bugs :)
