We appreciate everyone's patience! This should be fixed in 1Password 8.11.14, released this week. Please let us know if you're still seeing the issue after updating.

Hurray, it works as expected now including zero padding (using language UK, region Netherlands). When I copied 14 September 2017 (displayed as 14/09/2017 in 1Password desktop) it was pasted as 14/09/2017. This is what I would have expected.
