Mac desktop UI freeze after create new item, cancel
When doing the following:
Open 1Password desktop application for macOS.
Click "+" button to create a new Login item.
Click Cancel button to cancel item creation.
Click Don't Save.

Yes, but I'm talking about a different warning dialog, that appears one time only after this warning. I can't show a screen print because I've already seen it.
