6 months agoWelcome to the community! 1Password doesn't currently support the macOS filling feature because the team is focused on supporting the existing two filling methods (mentioned in my post above).
That being said, I can definitely file a feature request on your behalf as well to have the team look into support macOS AutoFill in the future. Can you tell me a little more about where the existing methods (1Password in the browser and Universal Autofill) fall short for your needs?

I didn’t bother about the macOS AutoFill feature until it was turned on by the company I work for on my BYOD Mac as company passkeys are now stored in Microsoft Company Portal. I wish I could see 1Password too to fill in passwords automatically like entering credentials to Parallels Desktop for a fully integrated experience and not to have to think that 1Password works also in the background and I have to do CMD+\.

Hi fabian,
To make sure I understand correctly so that I can submit the feedback, you are hoping that 1Password can automatically detect what app you are in and fill in your details for you without the need to press Command-\ on your keyboard? Apologies if I've misunderstood.
Looking forward to your reply!
