macOS: After Updating to 1Password for Safari 8.12.4 autofill for many sites no longer works
Including 1Password Communities! This seems like a major faux-pas (everything was working fine before the update). Autofill still works on some sites.

We've just released a new update for Safari which resolves an a known issue that would prevent autofill from working properly on certain websites. Please update 1Password for Safari to version 8.12.5:
Thank you for your patience while we worked to release a fix for the autofill issue. If you're still seeing autofill issues after updating then please open a new discussion here and include the following:- Your version of macOS: Find out which macOS your Mac is using
- The address of the website where filling isn't working.
- Which specific field isn't being filled.

Starting a few days ago, either on Safari or Firefox, when I click on a field (for example when login at the bank), I can see the choices available (for example loginuser1, or loginuser2, etc.) but when I click on any of those choices, 1Password doesn't fill the fields. This happens ONLY on certain site, NOT ALL, only 20% approximatively. Never had any issues before
Confirmed. Same issue. Several sites in Safari / Tahoe 26.3.1
Same here. The problem can be see into the login to this site (as stated by others) and also at Cloudflare (and many other sites).

Yep, same issue here on Safari - even on the 1password site itself. I'm running 8.12.4 of the extension (with no available updates) and with 1password desktop on 8.12.5.

Same, except that I'd say my percentage of working is closer to 20% and not working 80%. Even this site fell into the not-working category as I logged in to see if it was just me. Thankful there's a copy/paste workaround, but looking forward to complete resolution. Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.4, Safari 26.3.
Same here. 2020 M1 MacBook Pro with 1Password 8.12.5, MacOS and Safari 26.3. Also happening on wife's M2 MBP.
Same problem for me and happening for most sites but not consistently, i.e. sometimes it works for a site and other times it doesn't. It makes using 1Password very cumbersome as I need to copy and paste the credentials manually.
I'm using Safari on macOS (all latest versions).
I'm a new user and can't access 3 of my most used business sites with 1Password. I have submitted a request for help in this matter. Has anyone figured it out yet
