Accessibility settings are already set, I reseted theme, but after checking theme again, the problem remain the same.
It is not an accessibility permission, as not only the keystroke is "broken" when in Quick Command but also validation with Enter or Mouse pointer. Other elements of the menu are ok.

I've reported the translation disparity.

I was thinking you might have been using additional modifiers. Glad to have that cleared up. The only difference I can think of between our systems is I am using the nightly. Come to think of it can you confirm that you granted 1Password access in Accessibility? That might cause trouble with the shortcut. Also, if you have recently enabled the option make sure to quit 1Password and then open it again to allow it to pick up the new permissions.

System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy (Tab) - Accessibility - enable 1Password.

Shift + Return is not working.

I tried to use a qwerty layout -> no success
I select the line with arrow + Enter -> no success
I select the line with mouse and click -> no success

Other options like Open in 1password / Open in browser etc. are working correctly with keystroke / mouse / Keyboard navigation
I'm pretty sure it can't be a foreign layout problem. Shift and Enter are universal keystrokes at the same place on keyboard on all languages.

About translation here is a screenshot.

The problem is probably the same in all language, I check for all european languages and they all say "Fill in the browser".
In the app, Autofill was translated bay "Remplissage Automatique" which is "Automatic Fill" : a correct translation.

Shift + enter should be correct. I suspect you might be bumping up against a keyboard layout/regional issue where multiple keys need to be pressed, unlike a US layout would.

Command + \ would be autofill as in the browser if I follow you correctly. If using Quick access, you would use shift + return to fill in the system prompt. Hitting enter would indeed open the browser. You can see the action at the end of the Quick access selection.

Can you let me know specifically where the translation was incorrect? A screenshot might be helpful as I'll need to pass it along to someone on that team. That will keep any errors or misinterpretations down on our end.

Multiple problem solved, I used Quick Command in place of Autofill because app + documentation are not correct.

• In french, Autofill was translated by "fill in the browser" for the shortcut (which is not the same at all) "autofill" is not same as "fill in the browser"
• Documentation of 1 password is talking about "Quick Action" to autofill in some areas, not Autofill. In most places it is talking about "Cmd + backslash" command which is not the shortcut used in foreign languages, you probably should stick to "Autofill" everywhere and add the shortcut after in all documentation, you are confusing your users.
• In Quick Command the "Autofill " (Shift + Enter) is opening browser, not autofilling apps. I tried multiple time with no success.
