MacOS installation fails, possibly due to proxy

ModeratorYou might be able to tether your phone long enough for the installation to finish. You could also create a diagnostics report and send it to the team for help reviewing the logs.
That said, I had one situation like this a year or so ago, and it was related to an old firewall program that had not been updated. Once the user updated the application, the installation finished with no trouble. So, your theory could be potentially valid.
- Open 1Password.
- Press Command and comma (Control and comma on Windows). The 1Password Preferences/Settings will open.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Send Diagnostics.
- Select Reveal to locate the report in your Downloads folder.
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
